LabArchives Provides Additional Formatting Options for Plain Text Entries
Posted by Johan Isoz on 26 September 2017 08:45 AM

Now users can use Markdown formatting language. Markdown is a lightweight markup language used to format plain text files.

In LabArchives, users can use Markdown with simple, unobtrusive formatting syntax that is easy to incorporate into Plain Text entries. This functionality makes it easy to incorporate some rich text formatting styles into plain text entries. See the diagram below:

The addition of Markdown functionality gives users the flexibility to combine plain and formatted text in a plain text entry with Markdown, or to “turn off” Markdown for selected entries.
